Full-Stack Dev. Team Leader

Team’s description:

Sparkware Technologies is a technology development firm established in Bucharest as part of a successful multinational publicly traded group, providing SW development services to the online gaming entertainment companies. Having hundreds of thousands of active players, the company’s support group uses an “in-house” CRM system that is developed and maintained by the BackOffice team.

The DEV team leader will be responsible for product’s development and the DEV team day-2-day management. These consist in an internal web application dedicated to the support operators daily activities and a back-end system which manages the company’s internal processes.

Main Responsibilities

  •  Managing & leading the development team.
  •  Review specification and design documents.
  •  Create and maintain physical designs.
  •  Technical assistance to the team members.
  •  Implementation of DEV processes, such as code reviews & unit tests.
  •  Working closely with different interfaces like testers, product owners and project managers.
  •  Hands On.

Experience and Qualifications

  •  At least 3 years of experience as a DEV team leader - must
  •  Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies – highly desirable.
  •  Proficiency in C# and JavaScript - must
  •  Proficiency in .NET backend technologies (ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI) - highly desirable
  •  Good knowledge in .Net Core - highly desirable
  •  Experience with at least one major JavaScript-based framework (Angular, AngularJS / Aurelia, KnockoutJS, ReactJS) - must


  •  Ability to work in tight schedule projects and a dynamic environment.
  •  Ability to push and lead the team.
  •  Motivated, with the ability to learn independently.
  •  High communication skills.
  •  Working with remote sites, international teams.
  •  High level English.
