We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly motivated Development Team Leader to join a strong group, developing one of the world's top leading online gaming brands. In this position, you will manage a delivery team, handling application development and validation and maintaining compliance with performance and availability metrics to support business objectives.

You will be responsible for:

Managing & leading the development team
Review specification and design documents
Create and maintain drill-down designs
Support team members in technological challenges
Implementation of R&D processes for both Development and QA
Manage the knowledge and redundancy inside the team
Working closely with different interfaces like testers, product owners, and project managers
Report the progress and status of the project to the stakeholders

Job Requierments

This job is for you if you have:

Minimum 4 years of experience working as a developer
Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader
In-depth understanding of client/server applications
Experience in working on web-based systems

Frameworks: .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, WCF
Design: Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices

Good understanding of the Object-oriented methodology
Good knowledge of WCF, web services
Experience using Microsoft TFS ALM system
Educational background in Computer science or any relevant field
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
