IT Support Specialist

The main responsibility for this role is to be the IT focal point for all technical support duties required by our B2C Support and Risk management departments based in Romania. This will include some hands-on technical support issues with equipment, as well as supporting back office application and bespoke platforms, coordinating tasks with relevant technical departments and granting permissions, involvement with relevant IT operational projects and the overall day to day activity in Romania.

  • Ability to follow departmental processes and procedures correctly
  • To take customer feedback and use this to develop ideas to improve the departments working environment to give to best possible customer experience
  • Meeting department SLA
  • High level of customer satisfaction
  • Keeping equipment in the best possible condition
  • Manage stock
  • Correctly manage incidents
  • Making a detailed report and escalating correctly.

Job Requierments

Must have

  • Excellent Verbal and written English language skills
  • High service level
  • 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in large Organizations servicing internal customers.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10
  • Familiarity with Citrix / RDP
  • Familiarity with Thin Client / desktops deployment
  • Familiarity with Server technology
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Microsoft Outlook 365
  • Active Directory Services in multi domain environments
  • TCP/IP and general basic WAN/LAN troubleshooting capabilities
  • High organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of issue and tasks
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and analytically and correctly escalate when required
  • Excellent communication skills across all sectors
  • Ability to make decisions based on Customers technical requirements
  • Ability to prioritize cases
  • Self-motivated – ability to work by himself.
