The main responsibility for this role is to be the IT focal point for all technical support duties required by our B2C Support and Risk management departments based in Romania. This will include some hands-on technical support issues with equipment, as well as supporting back office application and bespoke platforms, coordinating tasks with relevant technical departments and granting permissions, involvement with relevant IT operational projects and the overall day to day activity in Romania.
