Backend QA Engineer (1 year contract)

We are looking for an experienced Backend QA Engineer to ensure uncompromised quality for our products. Join us if you wish to take an integral challenge in a scrum team and be responsible for the client-server e2e flows. As a QA you will take part in the design, test plan and strategy, testing, deployment, and monitoring based on quality KPIs you’ll define.

Responsibilities:

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
Manage the overall quality planning strategy.
Provide solutions for defects based on the understanding of the system.
Create effective and efficient processes for testing.
Identify and define KPIs to enhance the product’s quality.

Job Requierments

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Backend QA Engineer.
Advanced English.
Experience with log systems (Elastic/ TrackJS/NewRelic etc.).
Experience in SQL.
Experience with API testing.
Experience with debugging tools.
Plan and run tests based on a deep understanding of the business logic in a regulatory environment.
Strong knowledge of QA processes and test methodologies (test planning, design, strategy, and execution).
Work with cross-teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ability to identify and manage risks.
Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
