What you'll be doing:

 We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Development Team Leader. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery (the all development life cycle) including - design, planning, prioritizing tasks, code reviews, conflicts sorting, and deliver in high quality

The main responsibility is to lead one of the CRM (customer engagement) teams 

At 888 you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week.

Domain description:

The CRM (customer engagement) Domain is responsible for engaging our customers to use our product – play more, deposit more, register more. Using systems of real-time and offline events-based campaigns, responsible of communication with the users, offering them bonuses/challenges, etc..

Most of our applications are .Net applications using SQL DB/Mongo DB/Redis, Message Bus (IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ), Firebase, and Kubernetes, and one of our work in progress is the migration of these applications to .Net Core

Responsibilities:

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Make sure the delivery is done according to a timeline and with high-quality 
  • Take ownership of features from the requirement to production.
Job Requierments
  • Great technical expertise and skills – a must
  • Proven experience as Full Stack developer with a SPA and services written in .Net – a must
  • Good troubleshooting skills – a must
  • Managing experience of 5 or more employees – Minimum 3 years
  • BA in Computer Sciences/Engineering – a must
  • Experience with writing and maintaining high-volume servers/services – an advantage 
  • Experience with agile/scrum – an advantage
  • Experience with Microservices architecture – an advantage
  • Experience with some type of Middleware such as Rabbit, and Kafka – an advantage
  • Experience with Big Data solutions – an advantage
  • Experience with .Net Core – an advantage
