Junior Project Manager/Software Administrator

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager/Software Administrator to join our Finance Team. This position will be primarily responsible for the reconciliation software used by this team and will involve working with its users to ensure the efficient day to day operation of this software. The role will also involve managing multiple projects to maintain and upgrade the scope and functionality of the software. These projects will include programming tasks using scripting and SQL. The reconciliation software processes large volumes of input (transaction) data & output (reporting) data. The role will include responsibility for maintaining these software interfaces

Required skills and experience:

·      Knowledge of a programming language or scripting language & SQL

·      Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (Requirement, Programming, Testing & Rollout etc.)

·      Experience of Microsoft Windows and Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

·      Knowledge of English – Mandatory (Technical, Business, Spoken English). Would include Reading, Writing and Speaking skills

Other requirements

·      Previous experience of managing high volumes of data

·      Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel

·      Responsibility and good work ethic

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Ability to work accurately whilst under pressure
