Jira/JSM Administrator & Developer

Your role:

Administer and manage Jira & JSM, including users, permissions, projects, workflows, custom fields, filters and dashboards, add-ons, plugins, and extensions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify Jira & JSM needs and implement them.
Gather requirements related to business process workflows or related to process improvement identifying where functionalities could or could not be implemented.
Troubleshoot issues and provide support to users.
Discover & exploit all automation possibilities for both enterprise and corporate technology use-cases.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Jira features and best practices.
Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation.
Develop and delivers formal and informal technical training and presentations on Jira & JSM use to employees and new joiners.

Job Requierments

Your skills:

Expert level tool administration knowledge in Atlassian Jira & Jira Service Management.
Experience with Atlassian Cloud products including Automation for Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, Scriptrunner, Jira Workflow toolbox and Jira Service Management (JSM).
Demonstrable experience in Groovy scripting and have strong will to learn and develop your scripting abilities.
Excellent problem solving and process implementation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines in a constantly changing environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Openminded to learn and support other and new applications that the team may support.

You have a major advantage if…

You are experienced with Atlassian DC and with cloud migrations, and have knowledge in using/extending REST services, PowerShell or Python scripting, and in product development lifecycle.
