Compliance junior coordinator

Main description:

  1. End-to-end responsibility in ensuring that all affiliate marketing materials are in adherence to different global advertising standards and regulations. 
  2. Supporting Compliance related projects in the areas of due diligence
  3. Supporting complaints investigation.


Marketing compliance:

  • ensuring that all Casap materials are approved by compliance (no old versions available + current are signed off)
  • Monitoring- Review of marketing assets on affiliate sites using third party platforms or manually ( cross regulated markets as a final goal)
  • Interacting with affiliates in the process of amending promotions to align with guidelines
  • escalating any breach in marketing compliance to ensure alignment with policies
  • keeping clear records of all actions and interactions
  • engaging with third party platform for system optimizations – current and new markets

Due diligence:

  • documentation of Due diligence with UK affiliates
  • escalation for PEP checks on new affiliates and interaction with existing affiliate to align with PEPs policy

Supporting complaints investigation:

  • providing evidence of procedures and materials. 


  • Legal background or degree – advantage
  • Multitasking skills.
  • A methodical, organized, and thorough working process.
  • Excellent English, including verbal expression abilities and drafting documents in English.
  • Highly motivated and independent.
  • Eagerness to learn with a hard worker approach.
  • End-to-end accountability and high execution standards
  • Experience/background in online marketing – advantage.
