Cross DevOps Engineer (6 months contract)

We are offering an opportunity to join our DevOps team, which is responsible for managing QA and production environments from both IT and DevOps perspectives.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and passionate about Devops, infrastructure and automation. Someone who enjoys working in complex environments, takes ownership, solves complex problems, and is eager to help shape and secure our infrastructure across on-prem and cloud platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the transformation of our systems to automated, cloud-based, containerized, and microservices-based platforms.
• Oversee the CI/CD processes.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers and services.
• Strive to improve daily operations by automating processes and solving complex problems.
• Develop diverse scripts and tools for better control and maintenance of the environments.

Who we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles managing production and non-production environments.
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms 
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (preferred: Azure DevOps)
• Strong understanding of networking, OS (Linux & Windows), and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Version control with Git.
• Experience building environments from scratch (preferably QA or staging setups).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, ELK, or similar.
