Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, driving innovation, and facilitating strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development of technology solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Perform impact analysis and risk assessment to evaluate the potential implications of proposed changes or enhancements.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of implemented solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including user acceptance testing and post-implementation reviews.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requierments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
  • Certification(s) in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
