As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient process for integrating new payments providers into our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire onboarding process, from initial contact through to successful integration and beyond. You will work closely with various teams to gather requirements, coordinate resources, and provide guidance to ensure that the onboarding experience meets the needs of both the organization and the providers being onboarded. Additionally, you will conduct periodic KYC (Know Your Customer) reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new providers throughout the onboarding process. Establish and maintain open lines of communication to address questions, concerns, and expectations.
  • Conduct periodic KYC reviews of providers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks.
  • Handle department’s regulatory audits.
  • Develop and implement an effective onboarding strategy tailored to the needs of each provider. Define clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for onboarding, including necessary documentation, and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of the onboarding process, including documentation of completed activities.
Job Requierments
  • An eligible bachelor’s degree
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in onboarding, client management, or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
