We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detailed-oriented marketing operation manager who will be responsible for the configuration of our bingo ecosystem through multiple systems, set-up players messages, generate reports and configure our promotions through various systems. As a Marketing Operations you will be in charge of elaborate back-office systems which involves thousands of players every day and therefore will have to be very responsible and understand small nuances in marketing campaigns to set-up the correct campaign.
· Work with over-sea marketing team: receive marketing brief, come up with ways to implement in our back-office system and send to QA
· Configure bingo games and other mini games
· Configure lists of slots games in several brands
· Upload messages sent to players on a daily basis
· Edit web pages (text based, no HTML needed)
· Manage players subscription to emails and SMS
· Create reports through our back-office systems
· Send emails, push notifications and SMS to customers
· Excellent level in English
· BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
· Strong analytical skills (including Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
· Proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies.
· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
· Service oriented, attentive to marketing team needs
· Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
