The Bonus Abuse Team is dedicated to the detection, identification, and prevention of any form of bonus abuse-related activities across Evoke and its brands.

The mission of the Bonus Abuse Specialist is to safeguard the company against potential fraudulent risks related to bonus abuse following the Bonus Abuse strategy established by the Head of Bonus Abuse and Gaming Fraud. This involves in-depth data analysis to proactively prevent bonus abuse initiatives and strategically mitigate the bonus abuse risk for the company.

 

Responsibilities:

Bonus Abuse prevention and mitigation:

  • Collaborate with the Bonus Abuse TM/Supervisor to enhance bonus abuse mitigation and detection processes.
  • Address specific challenges and opportunities in respective areas, fostering a comprehensive and cohesive approach to bonus abuse prevention.
  • Ensure that bonus abuse prevention measures remain current with the latest trends in bonus abuse.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing bonus abuse prevention measures through key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend enhancements as necessary.


Data Analysis:

  • Conduct ongoing and ad-hoc data analysis to support bonus abuse mitigation/prevention initiatives.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly analyses to identify new bonus abuse trends using various reports and fraud detection tools.
  • Assist the business in resolving bonus abuse-related issues.
  • Fulfill all daily tasks assigned by the Team Manager and Supervisor.
  • Complete any additional work-related tasks delegated by the Team Manager and Supervisor.
  • Assist in providing training to newcomers if needed.
Job Requierments
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience within the gambling industry, preferably in Fraud detection-related areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating adaptability in response to changing circumstances.
  • Experience with fraud prevention tools and technologies is advantageous.
  • Thorough understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements for multiple regulated markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Moderate Excel skills. SQL is an advantage
