ERP Support Finance

888Sparkware – part of 888 Holdings, one of the world’s most popular online gaming companies, is looking for a highly motivated colleague to join the ERP Support team.

Finance support is part of the Oracle Cloud ERP team in the Finance division at 888.

As part of your role you will be supporting financial processes and users, building reports, analyzing data, setup changes according to business requirements, and investigating and fixing bugs.

Responsibilities:

  • On-going support to end-users including preparation of training materials and execute training
  • Support current deployments including investigating and analyzing data
  • Gather users’ requirements and prepare functions designs
  • Support developers’ work 
  • Perform QA, assist users’ acceptance tests, and prepare documentation.
Job Requierments


  • At least 2 years of support experience in Oracle ERP - must
  • ERP Financial experience – supporting financial modules - must
  • Communicating fluently (written/ spoken) in English - must
  • Deep understanding of business processes
  • Service-oriented and team player
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
